How much do you charge?

* Labour Rate £85 per hour for all heating & Plumbing repair work (Half Day Rate £275 Full Day Rate £550) *Basic Boiler service £85 *Landlords Safety Certificate £85 (includes 2 appliances plus £25 each per additional appliance) *Powerflush system Small Flat (up to 5 radiators £300 - £400) Medium House (6-10 radiators £400 - £600 Large House (11-15 radiators £600 - £800) Very Large House ( 16+ radiators £800) *We can always offer a fixed price for non emergency work if needed.
Are you Gas Safe registered?

Yes, we are fully Gas Safe registered, ensuring safe and compliant work.
Are you insured to work in my home?

Yes, we have 2 million pounds public liability insurance.
Do you offer emergency plumbing services?

Yes! We can be with you the same day or within the hour.
How often should I service my boiler?

We recommend annual servicing to maintain efficiency and safety and your manufacturers guarantee. Our new boiler installations come with a 12 year guarantee if serviced every year and work recorded.
